[NAGDU] Rideshare survey question

There's a question on the Rideshare survey:  Did you alert the driver you
have a service animal?

I usually say No, because I don't alert them.  However, the other day, I had
a driver who at first said no dogs, but, when I explained my dog is a
service dog, the driver was fine with it.  So, if I explained when the
driver got there that I have a service animal, should the answer to the
question be Yes?
