No wonder there is so much confusion about what is, or is not a 
service animal.  So for Fair Housing, you could have your cat as 
an emotional support animal, and in the Air Carrier Act you can 
have your emotional support animal.  (Pig).  But the Department 
of Justice has said that for purposes of the ADA, service animals 
must be dogs, or miniature horses.  Crazy! No wonder everybody's 
all confused about what is or is not considered a service animal.  
And no wonder people feel that they can bring their little barky 
yappy dogs into places and say that they are their "service dog".  
Wow, what a mess! Most people don't get the nuances of when or 
what situation a service animal, and what kind of animal are
