[nagdu] OT: Resource for Learning Grade 3 Braille

After searching for a while now, I've found a mailing list just 
for learning grade 3 Braille that is still active! Grade 3 is a 
shorthand mainly for personal use and can be helpful for 
note-taking; the list can be found at emissives.com. Go to the 
List Directory and search for grade 3 Braille. There will be a 
form to fill out for subscribing.

The creator of this forum is currently putting together teaching 
materials to build a curriculum for the code. If you do 
subscribe, please send an intro post, so he can resend the 
lessons he has done so far.
