Thanks for your wise input as always. Only reason I am thinking about this 
is because some knuckle head at my school got himself one of these dogs. 
Thankfully, I have not ran into him, however, I figure it's only a matter of 
time. On the other hand, if his dog is under control, and not bothering 
anyone, I figure it's none of my business. Just curious about the 
regulations for curiosity sake.
