[nagdu] CA guide dog state board task force meeting

Hello Everyone- I did attend the CA state board meeting  today. Talk about
confusing. The instructors from each of the CA guide dog schools were really
trying to set regulation and statues. However, do to the attorney for the CA
board and the executive officer's lack of knowledge what was a very
confusing meeting.  One of the instructor's did ask about having
instructor's from out of state  come and place guide dogs with people, and
it sounded like the board was all for it, however, the attorney made it a
point that the instructor should    be licensed by the CA state board and
that was the language that was adopted by the task force. I will write up a
report and send it to the CAGDU board. If NAGDU would like a copy of the
purposed changes made by the board as well, just let me know.
