Hi Dar here,
If a person is going to be mean to their dog to cause any harm.
I don't feel they should get a second chance.

If it is someone who hasn't been trained to handle a dog correctly and 
only new mean things to do to a dog, then they can get a second chance.
I know what I am trying to say, but can't find the words to say it.
