[NABS-L] Accessibility of Moodle

Hello,
i looking at a college ′Mount Vernon Nazarine University′ that uses Moodle for their online classes. I am looking at their program because they are one of the lowest cost programs in Ohio for Human Resources which is what I would be studying ′$14,000 compared to $25,000-30,000 is a huge difference′. I was curious if Moodle is accessible with J at ws, NVDA, or VoiceOver on iOS. they highly encourage a Windows PC; they said a mobile device will work to view the courses, but they do not recommend completing your coursework on a mobile device due to mobile not being optimized for full viewing. So is Mood£e accessible or would I be better off spending the extra money to go to a school that uses Canvas or BlackBoard? I also have noticed some schools using Brightspace, is that one accessible also?
