Hello and thanks for your message. I would suggest working through the system first to request a formal meeting with counselor and supervisor for a justification. Why they are not getting you what you are requesting if you’ve been able to prove it’s necessary to assist you in meeting your employment, goals, and individual plan for employment. Don’t forget about your state cap client assistance program that reports to the rehab service administration RSA. I hope that helps.
