[NABS-L] Question About Sleep When Trying to study

Hello,
I'd like to echo previous suggestions about moving around. It's hard to
sit still for long periods, whether reading or anything else. Listening
to the material is more passive than using Braille, Moon or large print.
However, it isn't for everyone and I'm saying that as someone who
teaches it.
What sort of speed do people have their TTS set to? I have mine set to
what some people have described as very fast. Taking breaks will help
too, even if it's reading or listening to something else other than
revision for a few minutes.
Just my thoughts.
I hope this helps.
Very best wishes,
Sandra.
