I can't speak for it currently, however Yuzu was accessible on the web and via the iOS app when I last checked a half-year or so ago. My suggestion would be for you to give it a try and see what happens.

Anyone know if Yuzu, Barns and Noble's e-reading platform is accessible with the latest versions of voice over on iOS or a pc with JAWS or NVDA? It's what my university is using for digital texts and I am unable to find next quarters books on either bookshare or learning alley.
