I totally agree on this becoming a resolution. I have been told that my
community college uses the same program but I have been able to get around
it. I have them scan my transcriptions and I email them directly to who may
need them like to a school or possible job.

Subject: [NABS-L] Parchment

Hello all, a few weeks ago, I was trying to send my transcripts over to a
graduate program using Parchment, which is an electronic transcript delivery
service. I noticed it was very inaccessible, and a technology instructor
could not figure it out as a blind person, so I know that it isn't operator
error. I ended up getting the transcripts where they needed to go using a
human reader, but I was wondering if anyone else has struggled with this
service? If so, I'd love to write a resolution for the federation to make it
a priority this year. Thanks!
