[NABS-L] Screen, reader, friendly, PDF, fill & sign applications

Hi all,

I don’t know if this question has been brought up on here before, but if it
has, sorry for the repeat
I don’t know if it’s me, being technically incompetent, or is it the
accessibility of the thing I’m using, but I am seeming to have a really
hard time signing a PDF with Adobe
I have DC at the moment, but I am wondering if there is another Adobe like
program that works better for filling and signing pdfs with screen readers
