Join us for an insightful and thought-provoking discussion on mental
health. The National Association of Blind Students (NABS) is proud to host
a virtual panel of blind individuals who will share their personal
experiences and coping strategies for dealing with societal expectations
and feelings of isolation.

Our panelists will answer a range of questions on how they maintain a
positive mindset and manage stress. They'll also share their thoughts on
the idea that blindness is a culture and how disclosing blindness fears to
sighted people has worked for them.

After the panel discussion, we'll have breakout room sessions where you can
connect with other attendees, share your experiences, and learn from one
another. Our facilitators will guide discussions on topics such as
self-consciousness, defying expectations, and responding to ableist
comments.

join us for an engaging and enlightening conversation on April 30 eight
Eastern at https://zoom.us/j/4678833687. Don't miss out on this opportunity
to connect with fellow blind students and learn valuable tips on managing
your mental health. See you there!
