Hey Sandra,
Great question. I’ve actually never used it. My schools all did Canvas, although one was testing something called Naviance before choosing canvas. I know that feedback on accessibility of blackboard was very very good a few years ago, but unsure how that has developed. I’d recommend emailing our Center for Excellence in Nonvisual Access for some help, tips, etc. You can reach them at access at nfb.org.
