[NABS-L] accessible video editing software for windows

The tools you're looking for is specifically osara. You can also find 
their wiki which gives you all the hotkeys. I use reaper for basic video 
creation for my podcast, just to plaster my logo over the audio so that 
youtube will accept it. If you have audio and you're creating videos you 
can set the start and end of individual pictures, but I dont' think 
you'll get any transitions. I'm also pretty sure IMovie is accessible to 
some extent, and that might be more useful if you're using OSX or have 
access.
