[NABS-L] Accessible Video editing software

You can use Reaper for basic video editing, but don't expect any of the advanced features available in Premiere. If you have access to a Mac you can actually get a lot done in iMovie or even Final Cut Pro X, but there's definitely a learning curve and you will need quite a bit of patience at first.
