[nabop] medical transcription questions

hello everyone question, I will be continuing my education once I graduate from the technical school for medical billing.  Question I have already taken Anatomy and physiology and I used to be a legal transcriptionist. question can I be a medical transcriptionist  without being certified. and also any good sites out there for working at home, you see I plan on going to college after this disaster at the current school to get my AAS Degree in HIT which is Health Information Technology. and would like to possible work p/t any advice would be great thank you.
