hmm, I understand why you spotted that, they, normally at least have the
state in them, such as nc.rr.com.
I think this is a catch all set of addresses for areas that they buy out
other services in, I was on adelphia in the . LA. California area, and when
roadrunner/time warner bought it and com cast cable out in this area, I got
transferred to this odd roadrunner address.
