[nabentre] Self-employment study

I am a sighted person who was raised by a blind mother.  I am now 
self-employed.

My firm is currently doing a study on self-employment - why people 
choose self-employment, challenges faced by self-employed people, 
business resources used by self-employed persons, etc.  Individual 
responses are confidential and are not tracked.

Self-employed people who answer the survey questions get a free summary 
of the study results.   This gives people a chance to see how they 
compare to other self-employed persons.

If you'd like to answer the study questions in exchange for a summary of 
the results, the questions can be answered online or over the phone. 

The online (internet) questions probably are not readable by a braille 
keyboard, but could possibly been seen by a large-text screen.  The
