[MusicTlk] Braille music help

Hi,

I am looking for the New International Manual of Braille Music Notation
and/or a course in how to read and write braille music. I live in Canada and
was directed to Hadley by the CNIB but they no longer teach music braille. I
would prefer .brf format for the book or course but if it is available in
other formats that's ok too. I was also wondering if Sibelius or finale are
accessible with a screen reader or if MuseScore or Dancing Dots software are
my best options.
