I don't know the answers to all your questions, but I'll tell you what I can.
1. What kind of technical items for music, can be used by a blind student,
Blind students and teachers use Braille notetakers, keyboards,
tuners, metronomes, and music translation and recording software. I
don't use all that, but many do.
2. How many music schools, or other music departments, are there that a
blind person can join?
I have no idea. There are 50 states, and each state has man schools,
universities, technical colleges and conservatories. It depends on
what school will accept blind students; probably most do.
3. What about for sound recording, studio work, or electronic work on the
Music?
It is possible to find people who have recording equipment, and a lot
can be done with the computer.
About the Monody and Chorus:
1. How can a blind student take lessons for monody, or chorus?
Much is done by studying with teachers at the school or university;
high school students and below often take private lessons with
someone in the area in which they live.
2. What kind of songs can one sing in the monody, or in the chorus,
for example, operas, arias, or traditional music?
Anything the director is wanting. There are a few blind opera
singers, but I'm not one, so I don't know much about that.
4. What's matter, when the teatcher is a blind? How he can teatching lessons
of monody, or chorus?
Much teaching is done by listening. Common sense and people skills
go a long way. Lead and teach by example.
5. What about the lessons Harmony, solphez, History of music, fuga, and
counterpoint?
Most of the books and music needed for course work can be obtained
through lending libraries. Proficiency in the Braille Music Code is
essential. If the blind person needs to learn hand signs for
Solphez, someone will have to show him or her, as I was shown.
6. How a blind student or teatcher can use the braille type, on the all
kinds of music?
By being proficient in the Braille Music Code. Learn it when you're
young, learn it well, use it often.
7. What other kind of music can get a blind people?
Anything they want to learn or get, as you say. I'm not sure what you mean.
8. What about the help from government, or other public organism, or from
the blind organization, if a blind people want to take some technical items,
for example a computer with screan reader, Braille printer, scanner,
software for music like Sonar Sibelius, and other?
The Government will help sometimes; it depends on the money available
to each state. Organizations offer scholarships, which can be
applied for; a committee will determine eligibility, and will award
to those they believe to be derserving. One can help oneself by
performing for others, hopefully for remuneration.
9. How the blind organization, or government, help the blind people, for
study of public school, secondary school, high school, and university?
There are some funds available, as I said above. You seem to be
asking the same question as number 8. We do not expect, or want the
government to do everything and give us everything. Often there is
money in the school districts to help the blind students. Parents or
guardians do what they can.
10. How a blind people can to find a Braille book for the school, or for the
music? How public book cases there are in your country, that they have
Braille books, electronic books, or other items for blind students?
The best source for borrowing books and getting electronic files is
the National Library Services. Transcribers are certified by them
and the National Federation of the Blind, and books and music are
always being produced.
11. How many Braille printing offices there are in your country?
I have no idea.
About the recording studios:
How a blind people can to make a recording studio, How he can find the money
for any material, for technical item?
Money is not found; it's awarded, given or earned. Funds are gotten
the same way as for other things mentioned above.
What a blind people make in this studio, What matter for any music material,
wich he make?
I don't understand the question.
What is the help, when a blind people decide to make a recording studio?
That depends on the help needed. If you mean financial or marketing,
the same as sighted people. Get out there and talk it up, tell
friends, relatives and acquaintances. Sell yourself.
What about the career, for the blind musician? Can he teatching in the
normal school? What kind of music lessons, can to teatching in the normal
school?
Blind people teach sighted students, as well as blind, depending what
the situation is. If they are hired to teach sighted students, they
teach sighted students. If they are hired to teach blind students,
they teach blind students. If they work for themselves, they teach
whichever they want to.
