If you're using JAWS, try maximizing the window with ALT+SPACE.  Then
INSERT+CONTROL+W to virtualize the window.  Then select as normal and
CONTROL+C.  ESCAPE from the virtual window and paste with CONTROL+V into a
document, etc.

I've tried that, but when I just simply do a select all on the list of names
in the folder, when I go to paste it into wordpad it starts opening each
file and printing the lyrics.

I thought I would just be able to select the titles listed in the folder and
then either print them or copy them to wordpad where I could edit and print
them, but it doesn't seem to work that way.  There has to be a way of doing
this short of me copying each title by hand, I hope!
