Ask the people at NLS about their publication entitled Popular Music
Leadsheets.  They have back issues which I believe they can lend or even
give to you.

NLS should also have a new book written by Richard Taesch called Jazz and
Contemporary Chord Symbol Reading for the Blind Pianist which we at Dancing
Dots publish.
