Hi Miranda -
I have been blind for only 14 years, but a musician since I was 7 years old. And after all that time, I think I finally figured it out. Here it is.....
Be yourself. I know that is easier said than done. Do not try to be something else. I know what you are asking for but if you overdo it, it will not be you. If you are singing something spiritual then hold your hands as you would if you were speaking it as well. Be you, Miranda.

Hi,
I'm the lead vocalist in our contemporarry Christian band, and I'm totally Blind. I'm wondering if there's anyone who could give me suggestions on how I can move around on stage during up-tempo songs, without looking weird or out of the ordinary?
I don't want to look like a stone statue, but I don't want to look strange either.
Also, my husband, the only other member of the band is also Blind, so I don't have anyone sighted to tell me if I'm doing something out of place.
Anyone who has any ideas?
I greatly appreciate any help!
Thanks in advance, and have a great day!
In Christ, Miranda
