[musictlk] Braille Music Code Reference?

dear John Hanson
We probably met in Wurich in 2004, at the International Committee for 
Braille Music.
I read with interest about the dictionary of music Braille signs.
Would it be possible for a non american citizen, as I am, to receive a copy?
Please let me know whether my library (Italian Library for the Blind, Monza) 
is entitled to receive one or more copies of your dictionary.
