   To all;  Yes, Helen was a very high energy person. I remember that one afternoon during the Chicago convention she and Linda Hurlock took Cody to a festival and carnival rides on the Lake Michigan water front. She is just the kind of person to start have started an exercise class. She liked living with enthusiasm.
