I think that most around the state have already heard this news, but I think
it appropriate to forward Kay's note about the death of her husband, Orville
Stevens. Kay is a long-time MAB member, a past President, and of course the
Director of the SOP for so many years now. Since their marriage, her
husband Orv has also been a big part of the Summer Program.

Please keep Kay and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

Dan

Subject: Sad News

Greetings from Virginia,
This is some sad news that I have to share with all of you.
It is very hard to write this and let you all know that Orville passed away
on Sunday evening Feb 17th. Orville was out playing pool with his son Dean,
they were on a pool league and played every Sunday evening. He was having a
great time beating the pants off of a young man, when he clasped. They
worked on him all the way to the hospital but was unable to bring him
around. He had not been sick and was in good health.
All I can say is he is going to be greatly missed by all and I miss him
so much, my heart is broken.
The service will be on Thursday.
Love Kay Stevens
