I hope by now all of you dues paying MAB members have received the Winter Observer.  Between my medical problems and some production glitches it was very late.  Hopefully things will be better.  It is time to send in material for the Spring issue -- within the next two weeks if possible.  We'd really like to get back on schedule, and with your help it should be possible.
