[Mt-blind] Old Observers, Looking Back, Going Forward

This is great stuff.  I hope we can some day resurrect all of the Observers 
and any other relevant documents and put them either on cd or on line or 
something so we can all read them if we want to, or at least have them to 
refer to.

Really interesting to read the charter.

I heard once in a sermon that there is no such thing as a new thing, it is 
just old things happening to new people.
