[Mt-blind] MAB Affiliation with NFB

I've been a member of the MAB since 1975 and have seen all kinds of discussions and changes. I think the current discussion can be very good if none of us take anything too personally--look at everything objectively.

I just want to share one experience I had this summer--I'm making no judgements, I leave that to you. I had a layover in Minneapolis when flying to Atlanta for the NFB convention. While I was there, I talked with a gentleman who was volunteering to help with the ACB convention happening at that time in Minneapolis. They enlisted 1,500 volunteers to help them. The NFB has about 30 volunteers from UPS at different times--most of the time the marshalls (members both blind and sighted) keep things flowing. A difference?
