Hi again Joy,

The Charters weren't in place till the 70s.  Perhaps there might be other 
documentation concerning our earlier affiliation but I do know from speaking 
with Lelia herself, Mike Malloney and others, we have been affiliated with 
the NFB since the 50s.  I don't know for certain when that actually took 
place but we were affiliated then.  This isn't just a new idea!  This could 
be in some earlier documents somewhere!  Maybe one might find it in a google 
search, who knows?

I would like to read the actual documentation regarding the MAB affiliation
with the NFB.  I am sure there is a letter somewhere written by Lelia or
somebody, at the very least.  I hope it hasn't been thrown away or lost.

I remember seeing the charter on the wall at the center in Baltimore when we
were there.
