Flo, I don't know what the dues were in 1946, but when John went on the 
Board as a District Rep in 1984 they were $3.00.  He began asking for an 
increase, but there was some opposition.  They finally compromised at $4.00, 
then a few years later raised it to $5.00.  Now he certainly agrees there 
should be another increase.
