[Mt-blind] service dog training schools in Montana

Hello listers:

According to the director of Montech who appeared at our VR all-staff 
meeting yesterday, there is only one individual who is training service dogs 
in Montana.  There are no service dog schools in Montana as such.  The dog 
guide community continues to be concerned about standards of training in the 
service dog community.  In this dog user's opinion, standards promulgated by 
the International Association of Assistive Dog Partners (IAADP) are not 
stringent enough.
