Heather,

In an off-list exchange, The author already offered me an unsolicited
apology on the abbreviations - she was typing on her Blackberry.

I am trying to find out the time and place, also.  The people who tipped us
off are in Helena at the Legislature, and wouldn't have that information at
hand.

I sincerely hope this comment "have reps

if not, I feel that it was an unnecessary crude way to
ask for support & you need to state the time &
