Hi all. I looked over the minutes but couldn't remember what deadline we had
set for articles for the Student Slate. I thought it was somewhere around
October 1, so I just set it for a Friday near that time. Below is a message
I posted to NABS. I just want to keep everyone posted.

Dear NABS members:

It is that time of year again! School has just begun or will soon be
starting for all of us and the National Association of Blind Students is
working on the next edition of our publication The Student Slate. We are
looking for article submissions from all members regarding any aspect of
being a blind student. Members who submit articles will be entered in a
drawing to win a Zen Stone 1GB mp3 player. The more articles you submit, the
more chances you have to win. There is a limit of three entries per person.
