[Mn-abs] Parents of Blind Children Seminar

Hello members,
Wow! It is almost here! This Saturday is the heavily anticipated Parents of Blind Children Seminar at the NFB Headquarters in Minneapolis. (see attached agenda) Attending will be Parents
of Blind Children, their children, some siblings , professionals in the Blind community, students from the Minnesota Association of Blind Students, Joyce
Scanlan--President of the NFB of Minnesota,Ryan Strunk--the President of the National Association of Blind Students, Dr. Ruby Ryles from Louisiana Tech
University, Dr. Nemeth--the creator of the Nemeth Code, and others. This full day event is going to give a lot of people and children some valuable information
and optimism towards the future opportunities that are ahead for their children and themselves. The seminar is being held This Saturday May 6th from 9 to 5 PM. 
I hope that you can come and be a role model giving the parents and children a strong positive and lasting impression towards a bright future and a realization
of the potential that can be achieved.
