The Youth Advisory Committee for the National Council on Disability (NCD) is
in the process of producing a report to NCD on benefits planning as it
relates to employment from the perspectives of youth with disabilities and
would like you to respond to the following guiding question.

How has benefits planning (e.g. social security, the PASS program, section 8
housing, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.) helped or held you back you in your job
seeking activities?
