[Mabs] email regarding Federal ruling

I will have to disagree. I do not think that it will show anyone that we
can not handle money. I see it as something that could help us live more
independent lives. Why should have to put our money in soneones hands to
tell us what it is if we can not afford a bill reader? What if a cashier
knowing that we are blind tried to rip us off?? It was had some form of
taticale money. We would be able to tell for our selves. Canda has this
same sort of system with they money. Any comments?? I see the NFB's
point however I feel like that it would give a person more independence
if we had this form of money as a tool like JAWS or Zoomtext and is
about as simple to use as our canes.
