Hi Gary,
I am glad I am here too!
Thank you for wellcoming me!
I sent an email before, but my computer crashed, so if it did go
through, I apologize if I am repeting my self.
So Kansas is working on a division? That is great!
Would you happen to know who is working on it? Maybe I could help who
ever is working on it. Last year and the one before I was working on
starting a chapter here at K U , but I was not very successful. We
were only 3 graduate students, and last fall one more person joined
us. The new one would like a chapter, but the other two are to busy
to think about meeting and such.
How does it work over there, do you guys have regular meetings, and activities?
If so while we don't have one here, could I someday join you? Do you
guys have people in KC MO?
Also any ideas of how I could get a hold of more blind students in
Kansas? I think to start a division if I recall right, there was a
requierment of 5 people at least.
I thought maybe I could contact all coledges and universities around
the state. Do you think that could work?
Well, well, i'll stop talking to much.
And again thanks for wellcoming me. Of course if a division is formed
here, I would not leave you guys! Smile.
Take care,
Rachel.
