I agree about court and police documents being online, but in our 
community, the "police blotter" still isn't, which means you have to 
read a bunch of papers. Hope that'll change.

I think your analysis of blind folks' situation is eloquent, and I 
agree. I was around before there were Optacons or word processors; it 
had to be in special format or someone did it for you. But I think 
people were kinder then, in some ways.
