Eddie Timanis was a five time champ on Jeopardy.
He said he was a sports color commentator. I'm
sure someone might have his info somewhere. 

His appearance was a fun time for me for a couple
reasons. First, one of the California scholarship
winners and I were talking about how we'd love to
go on the show and were discussing how to do it.
Two, I knew the guy who brailled up the topic
heads for the show. 

At least two more contestants went on the show
but didn't win. Eddie's streak stopped during any
of the championships he'd participated in. He did
well, he just was up against really great
players.
