Not to criticize, Everett, but how about targeting one of these articles and
finishing it? What do you have to lose? Editors often are crying for just
what you do, but don't see your work because you haven't sent it out.
I journal, but don't blog, despite an invitation from another Writer's
Division member. Journals satisfy my need for self expression, and function as
sources for ideas and stories. The articles I publish usually are necessity
driven. Several of my stories have been published, or are being published , or
will be, because I send out.
Get cracking. Slate & Style deadline December 1st. Send us an article
about writing to: Loristay at aol.com, and put submission in the subject line.
