[Journalists] Need help finding information for a story.

Liz:  Do you have Vista?  David made the mistake of getting it,  and he can't 
make the Adobe work with it.  Adobe claims to have  accessibility but it 
doesn't help.  Whenever he tries to open a document,  he gets a message that says 
"Access Denied."  Adobe claims also to be able  to work with Vista.
