Hi Allen,
How about contacting mental health organizations and also the legislator who
is sponsoring the bill?
What is the nature of these PDF files? Are you trying to access government
documents?
What difficulty are you having in accessing the PDF files? I've found that
I can access them pretty well with either the K1000 or the latest versions
of Jaws and Adobe.
