Cheryl,
This is a personal note but I'm posting it to the list because it's relevant 
in a vague sort of way and because I think it's very funny!
I've been working on a fundraising event here for our NFB affiliate.  It's a 
combined gospel concert and silent auction.  Yesterday I sent out the press 
release I'd written to several media outlets and, as an afterthought of 
sorts, sent it to Barbara Pierce.  I had made up a quote from her, so 
thought she'd like to see it.  She wrote back that the release was fine, but 
that unless our Cleveland member had gotten married or changed her name, she 
would need to be alerted that ticket purchasers would be calling and 
emailing her, asking for Cheryl Wade!  Her name, you see,  is Cheryl Fisher, 
but I guess I was so happy that you and I had gotten back in touch recently 
(due to this list), that I identified her as Cheryl Wade in the release!

For all you students out there, even seasoned pros do dumb (and sometimes 
funny) things.  In this instance, all's well.  Cheryl FIsher has been 
alerted that for ticket sales of this one event, her name is Cheryl Wade.
And so it goes.
