To subscribe, the word "-request" must be included in the destination address such as:

stylist-request at nfbnet.org

and then include the word "subscribe" without the quotes as mentioned below.

One can also go to 

http://www.nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/stylist

and follow links there to subscribe using the web interface.
