[Jobs] National Certification in Literary Braille

Okay, this post confuses me. Is this different from the literary
transcription certification that is now done by the NFB, that was done by
the NLS?

I ask because I have recently sent my manuscript off to the NFB to be graded
for the transcription certification.

Could someone please explain the differences between the certifications if
they are not the same thing?

Thanks,
Michael Baldwin

>As of March 2007, the National Literary Braille Competency Test (NLBCT)

>present their certification to employers, and to bear the NCLB title.
>
>The NCLB exam is not aimed at transcribers.
>Rather, it is a valid test of a person's ability to competently read,

>those seeking to be credentialed in this area.
