[Jobs] concerning jobs and college

So the one thing I run into when finding jobs or seeing jobs is that they
want some kind of college degree, I guess I sometimes think the
certifications will pass but maybe I can get some professional oppinion on
this, would 3 certifications possibly substitute a bachelors or associates
degree as I currently don't have any college degrees, just my IT
certifications.
