little strange) seeing that most companies will pay for this service.

Hello Barbara,

Can you tell me what the non refundable $49.00 mentioned in the attachment
is for? I realize this is a state job but so many people on this its and
others have pointed out in most cases when a company asks for money up front
when they go to work this is a rip off. I think this is probably a
legitimate reason but I would like to clarify it with you.
