Hi Corey:

I find it very interesting that you are going to work for Verizon.  They 
have a large call center here in CT in the next town over from me.  When I 
contacted them regarding potential employment opportunities, they were very 
nice until they learned that I was blind.  At that point, they wanted 
nothing more to do with me.  May I ask which state you are working in?  I 
know two people who work in this call center and they have told me that 
there are no visually impaired people working there.  I would like to land a 
job there.  Maybe you being hired will open the door to others with visual 
impairments.
